Adisyon Kapatamama Sorunu

Merhaba,

V5.2.18 kullanıyorum. Bir kaç gün üst üste aynı sorunu yaşamaya başladım. Adisyonu ödeme ile kapamak istediğimde hata iletisi alıyorum ve program kapanıyor. Daha sonra db de masaya ait siparişleri silip masanın durumunu da kapatılmışa çekerek günsonu alabiliyorum.

Mobile Client kullanıyormusunuz?

@vehbi merhaba,
evet mobil client kullanıyorum. Aslına bakarsanız sorun çözüldü. Adisyon etiketi ile kişi sayısı bilgisi tutuyordum. Eğer bu bilgi mobileclient üzerinden değiştirilirse masa kapanmıyormuş. Şimdilik bu sistemi kullanmayı bırakarak sorunu çözdük. Sanırım mobile client ın sonraki sürümlerinde bu sorun giderilecek.

Merhabalar, Anladığım kadarı ile durum şu şekilde yaşanıyor hem mobilden hem bilgisayardan kişi sayısı girişi yapılıyor ve bu hatayı alıyorsunuz kapanmayan bir adisyona bakarsanız muhtemelen alt kısmında 2 ayrı satırda kişi sayısı girildiğini görebilirsiniz.

problem ile ilgili sen daha önce bilgi vermiştin. teşekkürler. bu gün konu tekrar canlanınca altına açıklama yapmak istedim. şu an herhangi bir devam eden sorun yok. mevcut durumda pc ile tablet ayrı ayrı veri ekliyor. mevcut veriyi değiştirmiyor. aynı veriyi değiştirecek duruma geldiğinde tekrar bu özelliği kullanmaya başlayacağız.
